1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They are commonly used to make websites work, improve performance, and provide reporting information to operators.
2. How we use cookies
Key 102 Consulting uses cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
- Strictly necessary: authentication, session management, idle-timeout enforcement (HIPAA ยง164.312(a)(2)(iii)), and security controls. These cannot be disabled.
- Functional: remembering your tenant preferences, last visited framework, and UI state.
- Analytics: aggregate, anonymized telemetry on page views and feature use. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
3. Third-party cookies
The marketing site and the portal use a small number of third-party services:
- Stripe: billing and subscription management. Stripe sets its own cookies subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
- Vercel: hosting and performance telemetry.
- Supabase: session storage for the portal.
4. Managing cookies
Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent the portal from authenticating you and is incompatible with the security model required by our compliance frameworks. Marketing-site cookies can be disabled without loss of functionality.
